Red Plum

Red plums are round, bright red fruit with thin tart skin. They are less sweet than black plums. There are a number of varieties of red plums with subtle differences. For instance, the Santa Rosa has a contrasting amber flesh. Simcas, on the other hand, have a flesh that matches the skin.
