Gala Apple

Gala apples have a mild and sweet flavor. They can be added to salads, cooked, or eaten raw, and are especially suitable for creating sauces. In 2018, the variety surpassed Red Delicious as the apple cultivar with the highest production in the United States, which led for 50 years.
