Broccoli Rabe

Also known as rapini, broccoli rabe is not a variation of broccoli or baby broccoli. The leafy, cruciferous vegetable is closely related to the turnip. The deliciously bitter stems, leaves, and nutty buds are all edible and commonly used in Italian cooking. All of the broccoli rabe D’Arrigo New York sells is supplied by our Andy Boy farm.
