Vidalia Onion

All Vidalias are sweet onions, but not all sweet onions are Vidalias. All are grown in one of twenty South Georgia counties outlined by the Federal Marketing Order No. 955. It has a much higher sugar content and even lower sulfur content than standard white onions.
